Darlington-based charity, Readley to host ‘Las Vegas Ball’ to support those affected by mesothelioma

Darlington-based charity, Readley is hosting a Las Vegas Ball on 8 February 2025 to support those affected by the asbestos-related cancer, mesothelioma.

The Readley Las Vegas Ball will be held from 6.30pm at Village Hotel Newcastle, 10 The Silverlink North, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE27 0BY. It will offer the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas with an evening filled with live entertainment, casino games and a chance to win fabulous prizes. Tickets include a three-course dinner, drinks reception, live Elvis tribute, DJ and disco, and a table magician.

A range of exciting fundraisers will be held on the night including fun casino tables, a silent auction and a grand jackpot prize. All proceeds from the event will go to support those affected by mesothelioma locally and nationally, in partnership with the national Mesothelioma UK charity.

Readley is looking for individuals and local companies to get involved and support this deserving cause. Individual tickets are available here. Tables of 10 are also available and can be booked by emailing in**@*************uk.com

Mesothelioma is a cancer related to exposure to asbestos and predominantly affects the lining of the lungs. The UK has the highest incidence of the disease in the world with around 2,700 people diagnosed each year.
