Leave a gift in your will
Just as the generous public support us through their fundraising, Mesothelioma UK aims to be there to support patients and families until the end. Legacy gifts can have a huge impact on charities like us, which rely on donations and sponsorship.
Even when you or a loved one are no longer here; it is never too late to support us in our work to help others. You can arrange to leave a gift in your will, as a lasting legacy that will truly benefit others who have been affected by mesothelioma.
Receiving a gift in a will is an honour; it reminds us of the commitment and generosity of our supporters and helps us to plan for the future.

Our solicitors and how the charges work
Mesothelioma UK works with a panel of solicitors who offer a will writing service to mesothelioma patients. Mesothelioma UK pays the solicitors a pre-agreed rate for standard and mirror wills, as well as codicils to existing wills. If you require a complex will Mesothelioma UK will pay the standard charge and you will be required to pay the balance.
The solicitors we work with are:
Irwin Mitchell
Leigh Day
RWK Goodman
Hugh James
If you let us know you have an active compensation case with one of those firms when you request a will by post or telephone, we will allocate you to that firm.
For all other enquiries for post or telephone service, we will allocate you to the next solicitor on the list. This ensures we are distributing the service fairly among the firms.
If you would like to complete your will online, you will be referred to Irwin Mitchell.
The full terms of the service will be provided to you by the solicitor.
