For Action Mesothelioma Day on Friday 3 July 2026, we invited you to Go Blue for Meso by taking part in a Blue Light Walk.

Every step helped shine a light on mesothelioma, raise vital funds, and honour those affected by this devastating disease.

Why Take Part?

Mesothelioma is a cancer caused by asbestos exposure, and over 2,700 people in the UK are diagnosed each year. Despite being preventable, asbestos exposure still occurs, and awareness is crucial in protecting future generations.

By taking part in a Blue Light Walk, you are:

💙 Raising awareness – Helping people understand the dangers of asbestos.

💙 Remembering and supporting – Honouring those affected by mesothelioma.

💙 Funding vital services – Helping Mesothelioma UK provide specialist nurses, research, and support for patients and families.

Every step makes a difference. Will you join us?

Any support, big or small, to shine a light on the reality of asbestos and raise awareness for mesothelioma is extremely appreciated and will make all the difference.

Together, we can light up blue for meso and give this asbestos cancer the recognition it deserves.

Thank you so much, please do let us know your plans for Action Mesothelioma Day and don’t forget to tag us on socials.
