We challenge you to join in our #FitnessFebruary campaign, it is virtual, easy to do and can be done at any time and any place.
You can Walk, Cycle, Jog, Swim, Run – or combine all five! Get your family and friends to sponsor you, the goal is 10KM a week and to raise £10 a week.

My sister and I took part in the fitness fab campaign and thoroughly enjoyed it and raised lots for Mesothelioma UK. We are really looking forward to fundraising more in the future.
