After a month of celebrations and New Year resolutions, are you ready to challenge yourself fit whilst helping those affected by mesothelioma? 

January is usually the month of health goals, but getting back on track can seem a daunting challenge, especially with dark nights and cold days and February is often the month that motivation wains. 

Enter Fitness Feb! You can walk, cycle, jog, swim, run – or combine all five! Get your family and friends to sponsor you – the goal is 10km a week and to raise at least £10 a week. They can always join in too to make it a fun way for you all to meet your fitness goals! It’s virtual, easy to do and can be done at any time and any place!
