Take control of your fitness and take part in Move for Meso this spring, a virtual challenge to get the heart rate going. We’re challenging our supporters to collectively clock in 5000km in 5 weeks, you can walk, run, jog, cycle or even do laps around your garden!
Use your once-daily exercise time or do it from home, whether you’re jogging in your garden or walking up and down your stairs, it’s your challenge, your way.
You can join as an individual or a team, the choice is yours. You can take part in whichever fitness activity suits you for the next 5 weeks, just start clocking in those kilometres and you’re off!
