Combination Immunotherapy in Mesothelioma Webinar

This Webinar will focus on Combination Immunotherapy in Mesothelioma with Dr Paul Baas. Paul is Chief of the department of Thoracic Oncology at the Netherlands Cancer Institute in Amsterdam. He holds a PhD degree in Applied Medicine at the University of Amsterdam and has been appointed as a Professor in Thoracic Oncology at the University Hospital of Leiden. He has published over 250 peer reviewed papers and is involved in the several cancer research groups like the, ETOP, EORTC and ESMO. Since 1992 he has focused on introduction of new treatment applications and studies in patients with lung cancer and mesothelioma.

Over the last few years he has focused on the implementation of IO treatment in bot lung cancer and mesothelioma. Translational research is part of most of the phase II studies initiated in his clinic. They include the testing of primary cell cultures of patients with mesothelioma and expose them to different combinations of chemotherapies.
