If you would like to sponsor a day in memory of a loved one, or to celebrate or honour significant special days on our website please fill out the form below to place your request. You can pay on-line using our secure payments provider Cardsave or send a cheque to Mesothelioma UK Charitable Trust. Your request may take up to 72 hours to appear on the website if booked on a Friday after 2.00pm or bank holidays.

On completing the form, if you select online sponsorship payment, you will be taken to our secure payments provider to enter your payment details.
