Step Three

Step Five
Benefits to top up other income or help with mortgage payments or help where there is no income from Step One. These Benefits are means tested but it is still possible to get them and have some savings, earnings and own your own home. They include:-

Guarantee Pension Credit age 60 and over
Savings Pension Credit age 65 and over
Step Six
Benefits to assist with the rent if you do not own your own home and Council Tax whether you own your own home or not. These Benefits are means tested but you can still get them and have some savings, earnings and other income. They include:-
